Orders
All sales are final. Due to our products being handmade, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. Please carefully read all product descriptions prior to placing your order.

Out of stock items will be refunded or replaced with a similar product at the company's discretion. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 3 days) at support@thespiritualaffinity.com if the item is defective, missing, or you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Our products are handmade, so no two are identical. Slight variations in smell, color, size, or consistency are normal. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
